Refund and Cancellation Policy
Customer Satisfaction:
We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services. If you are unhappy with our services, we will consider a refund if your genuine reasons can be verified. Please review the details of each service before making a decision.
Cancellation Policy:
– If you decide to cancel the service after it has started, we are not obligated to cancel it for you.
– If you ask us to pause the service, we will keep your payment for up to one year from the date of payment.
– Before processing any refund, we will try our best to complete the service. If we cannot complete it after you request a refund, a cancellation fee will apply: 20% of the total fee, plus any earned fees and fees paid to government bodies or third parties.
Refund Policy:
– We will issue a refund only if we fail to deliver the service after an internal review. To request a refund, please email us at Contact@werlegal.com.
– Once we start working on your service, we cannot refund the money because we have invested time and resources. This includes processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and costs for work done. We also cannot refund any money paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in your order.
Ungovernable Factors:
– We cannot guarantee the results of our services because they depend on decisions from government authorities and other external factors. Issues like rejections, approvals, technical problems, or delays from these authorities are beyond our control and not eligible for a refund.
Force Majeure:
– We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, legal changes, or other unforeseen events. These are called “Force Majeure Events,” and we will not be liable for any interruptions or delays caused by them.
Policy Changes:
– This refund and cancellation policy can change at any time without notice. Please check our policy periodically for any updates.
